United Arab Emirates consist of seven Emirates. Dubai is the most popular Emirates destination of them all. Dubai is located on the southern shore of the Persian Gulf  on the Arabian Peninsula. The city of Dubai is the second largest Emirate with Abu Dhabi also known as ‘Pearl of the Persian Gulf’ being the first largest Emirate.

Dubai as a huge population of approximately 1.5 million people which is a large difference from 183,200 in the late 1900’s. Dubai is one of the most multicultural cities in the world with the community covering most of the cities population.

Dubai is landmarks for innovation many people have also compared the city to the computer game sim-city where expansion has no limit. Dubai is the home to many fantastic skyscrapers such as the Burj Dubai currently one of the worlds tallest buildings.

Dubai is also currently in the process of making one of the world most technologically buildings and will be named ‘The Pad’ based on the idea of the ‘iPod’.

The currency that is usually used throughout Dubai is Arab Emirates Dirhams (Dh or (AED. The language that is normally spoken in the city is Arabic and English and are commonly spoken in business and commerce. Hindu and Urdu are another two languages that are spoken a lot throughout Dubai.
