Visit Visa

A Visit visa is issued through DNRD. A visit visa is issued for 30 days validity but is valid for up to 60 days once these 60 days are up and you wish to stay longer then you can extend the visa for a further 30 days but will need to pay an extra amount.

If you would like to extend your visit visa then you must do so before the 60 days are up. If the visitor stays for longer then 60 days or 90 days if they extended their visa then they will have to pay a fine for each extra day they stay in Dubai as well as a pass out pass.

Some passport holders can enter the UAE without having to get a visit visa prior to arrival and stay for up to 30 days.

Documents need to apply for a visit visa:

• Visit visa, application form, completed and signed by the sponsoring company

• Photocopy of the trade license of the company

• Photocopy of the visitor’s passport

• A Guarantee letter from the company stating its responsibility of the visitor during its visit
